Description
The Auto Body Repair Program at Texas Southmost College offer a two-semester body repair specialist certificate. Upon completion of this certificate, a graduate should be able to enter the auto body collision industry as an entry level technician. Certificate Program prepares students for positions in the auto body collision industry by providing hands-on training specializing in the use or repair of steel, plastic, fiber reinforced plastics, aluminum, welding, structural analysis, estimates, computerized measuring systems, surface preparation, bed lining, steering and suspension, electrical/mechanical, and refinishing.
