Promotional hole sponsorship offers companies an opportunity to network face-to-face and promote their organization out on the golf course. Through this opportunity, you can put a table, signage, and staff on the course to speak directly with participants as they play. Standalone hole sponsorships can be purchased below or added to a sponsorship package at a discount.

Seven Bridges Golf Club
Woodridge, IL

Seven Bridges, one of Chicagoland’s top courses, is a visually stunning course with rolling hills and varied terrain. Located about 30 minutes from both downtown Chicago and CIC, Seven Bridges provides an escape from life’s hustle and bustle. As suggested by the name, water is featured prominently throughout, especially on the back nine, providing a challenge for all skill levels.

Check in will open in the morning with lunch to follow. After lunch, golfers will all tee off in a shotgun start. Upon completion of the competition, there will be dinner served during a brief program, including speeches and a raffle.

Helicopter Ball Drop

Our helicopter ball drop is a fun, exciting way to support CREF! For just a few dollars, you can put your name on a golf ball to be dropped out of a helicopter towards a pin. The holders of the three balls that land closest to the pin will receive cash awards of $1,000, $500, and $250 respectively. Buy a ball for a chance to win big!

You do not need to be present to win! Anyone can enter and win the helicopter ball drop, regardless of golf attendance.

Lunch: A sign featuring your logo and thanking your company for your generosity will be placed at the lunch buffet. Golfers will know your company made their pre-golf fuel possible.
Dinner: Logo and recognition will be prominently featured at buffet serving delicious and much-needed dinner to every single golfer and attendee after the conclusion of the golf tournament.
Golf Cart*: Place flags with your logo to each side of each golf cart that participants use to navigate the course, placing your logo front and center each time someone gets in or out.
Exclusive Green*: Place signage representing your company at every green on the course. With 18 unique, exclusive placements, this sponsorship ensures high brand visibility throughout the event.
Beverage Cart: Provide free beverages to all attendees in a cart prominently featuring your logo, highlighting that the refreshments are courtesy of your company and building gratitude towards it.
Golf Towel*: Place a branded golf towel in the swag-bag of every single attendee, providing continued brand awareness long after the event ends. CREF will purchase towels on your behalf.

Shoe Bag*: Place a branded shoe bag in the swag-bag of every single attendee, providing continued brand awareness long after the event ends. CREF will purchase bags on your behalf.
Club Brush*: Place a branded club brush in the swag-bag of every single attendee, providing brand awareness long after the event ends. CREF will purchase brushes on your behalf.
Divot Tool*: Place a branded divot tool in the swag-bag of every single attendee, providing brand awareness long after the event ends. CREF will purchase tools on your behalf.
Golf Balls: Place branded golf balls in the swag-bag of every single attendee, bringing your brand to the forefront of golfers’ minds while on the course. CREF will purchase golf balls on your behalf.
Helicopter Ball Drop*: Place a large sign featuring your logo at the location of the drop for high exposure. In addition, one member of your team can ride along in the helicopter for the drop.
Photography*: Have your logo placed on the photo frames of each competing team. Whenever people look back fondly on the photo, they will see your logo next to the image.

Long Drive: Place signage at long drive competition hole tee box.
10k Hole in One*: Place signage at 10k hole in one competition hole tee box.
Water Contest: Place signage at water competition hole

Closest to the Pin: Place signage at closest to the pin competition hole tee box.
Cannon Ball Launcher*: Place signage at cannon ball hole tee box.
Water Bottle*: Logo will be placed on water bottles in a cooler on each cart.
Cooling Towel*: Place branded cooling towel in swag-bag. CREF will purchase cooling towel.
Poker Chip Ball Marker*: Place branded poker chip in swagbag. CREF will purchase poker chips.

Standalone Opportunities

Promotional Hole Rental: Place signage, table, and staff at any tee box on course. This allows your staff to interact with golfers throughout the tournament and complimentary meals.
